Just an FYI correction. Condo owners are not allowed to stay in unit for more than 30 consecutive days in a row (Not limited to 30 days per year). So, the owner could darn near live there year round, just be out one day per month. I have a 2 bedroom under contract. Plan to use it year round as a 2nd home and rent it out otherwise. The hotel staff can rent/manage it for me for a fee or I can rent it on Airbnb myself for the normal much lower fee.
