Will they have to do detailed soil borings on this site -- as they seemed to be doing on Two Glenwood -- since it was previously a parking lot and precluded such analysis? Thanks.

This is probably superfluous, but should the North Hills area be referred to as uptown, the CBD as midtown and the proposed southern area around the soccer stadium as downtown especially if they connect in the future?

Construction fencing is up. Trailer is there. Wonder when they're going to start on 300 Hillsborough? I've seen some fencing and small equipment in the back, but no demo yet. Sorry, make that 400 Hillsborough.

They now have the fencing up around Glenwood Two and are starting the demo to Dram and Draught -- which is moving to Glenwood One, I think,
