  2. This is going to be a big hit for SeaWorld. Good theming and a family coaster experience. I expect this to ride similar to Big Bear Mountain at Dollywood.
  3. More on The Canopy. Highlights: -11 new blocks added to the downtown urban bike trail. - festival space for 10,000 people. - Major art pieces convening Orlando’s canopy of trees. - one of the largest outdoor projection show in North America. - Multimodal transit hub for bikes, scooters, buses and ride share. - Increase safety and connection points between the east and west sides of downtown. -70% is public space, 30% for ride share parking. The design will allow 100% of the space to be used for community festivals and events.

  6. SeaWorld Orlando’s new launch family B&M coaster track is nearly complete. This new indoor/outdoor coaster opens in the spring of 2024. I think this one might just be a hit for them. It’s family friendly, with indoor dark ride scenes and good capacity.
  7. Yes With the opening of the new Epcot World Celebration Gardens they also debuted a new nighttime fireworks show called Luminous.
  8. EPCOT’s new World Celebration Gardens opened today. This is exactly what EPCOT needed. A green oasis in the heart of the park’s ‘future world’ that you just want to hangout in.
  9. Checkout all new coaster trains, rides and incredible attractions that made up IAAPA Orlando 2023. The largest theme park trade show in the world.
  10. It is a temporary exhibit from Montreal. It will be at Luminary Green through January 3rd. Yes the park is very busy in the evenings and so are the surrounding restaurants like the Monroe, Front Porch, Vera Asia, etc. Along with the LOOP there is a new holiday projection show on the Orlando letters.
  11. Christmas has arrived at Luminary Green with a new holiday projection show and the LOOP interactive art exhibit. https://www.instagram.com/reel/CzmDUkwOCYO/?igshid=Y2NkYjk0MDhjYg==
  12. Here is a look at EDC Orlando 2023. Rides, lights, music, art, fireworks and fire come together for quite the experience.
  13. SeaWorld really needs to expand Sesame Street. Take the old Artic building and make it a Sesame Street dark ride. Add in a Cookie Monster Bakery and they can have their own little money printing press. I think they have run the coaster building concept about as far as it can take them. I would like to see them add a few well themed family flat rides after the new 2024 coaster and the Sesame Street Dark ride.
  14. D23 Announcements - Checkout all the new attractions coming to Walt Disney World. Encanto, Indiana Jones, Reimagined Test Track and more.
  15. It is in a good way. Its does bring an area of 'soft landscaping' into the more harsh concrete area of future world.
  16. Journey of Water Inspired by Moana is Epcot’s newest attraction. Located in the Nature area of Future World this new experience takes you on an interactive water journey in a beautifully themed area. This new area feels a lot like a mini Pandora in a good way. It also brings a lot of needed landscaping to the future world area.
  17. A look at the new Halloween Horror Nights Tribute Store. It back in the newly renovated original space near Mummy.
  18. 2 weeks to go, let the count down begin. Dueling Dragon anyone?
  19. For the Halloween Horror Night Fans here is a construction update on all the scare zones.
  20. The only HHN house that would be effected by this is the two moveable 'tent' houses. Those can easily be relocated in that back area to another parking lot. It will also help when additional storage/maintenance space can be moved for the resort to the new facilities at Epic.
  21. While things can change and will before that time line, the current 'solid' rumors for the Simpsons area and the backstage area behind it is a potential expansion of the Dreamworks land and a Pokemon land. If Universal Japan is any indication, Pokemon is coming to the Universal parks over the next 5 years or so. Studios will be their weakest park in Orlando by 2025. Festivals can only take a park so far and then you need real investment to take the next step. Ask Disney with EPCOT. So for 2024 they are sticking a Band-Aid on the park with a updated kids area, new parade and nighttime show and a rumored anime festival.
  22. The new Villain-Con Minion Blast ride has soft opened at Universal Studios Orlando. We take a look at this unique standing/moving walkway shooting ride. It actually works better than we had anticipated and it brings a much need family ride to Universal Studios with no height limit.
  23. Those lights are for the underside lighting of the I-4 bridge. They will ultimately be incorporated into a much bigger nighttime experience when Under-I is completed.
  24. 4th of July has arrived at Luminary Green in downtown Orlando (Creative Village).
  25. The new Minion Land has opened at Universal Studios Orlando. With new restaurants, shops and meet and greet. The main attraction Villain-Con will open soon. This land adds some needed energy and excitement to the front of the park.
