Here is a look at the 11 new towers coming to the Orlando area. Several of these will be in the attractions corridor.

Put together a video looking at some of the announced new high rise projects throughout the metro region. In total these project would create 11 new towers. I also went to each site to show the location of each project.

SeaWorld Orlando’s new multi launch family coaster by B&M is in final test mode. They are now testing with all 3 trains. Rumors are they may try and soft open early in July.

Here it is, the full Disney Dreams That Soar musical drone show at Disney Springs. This is going to drive a lot of visitors to Disney Springs this summer and it’s FREE. They did a great job with going the extra mile with original music and additional lighting.

It worked really well and the crowd loved it.

The new Dreamworks Land has begun previews. It’s a nice step up from Woody Woodpecker Kids Zone. There are mini lands for Shrek, Trolls and Kung Fu Panda. There are also several other meet and greet areas. I actually think the surprise hit is the new Dreamworks Imagination Celebration show in the old Barney theater.

Checking out Tiana’s Bayou Adventure testing at night with imagineers riding. We also take a look at the NEW Smellephants in Storybook Circus. Each statue has a unique smell to match its look.

So what is slated for this year across the parks on the Orlando/Tampa area. Universal Orlando: New Parade, Dreamworks Land, New Nighttime lagoon show and new Hogwarts show. Walt Disney World: Tiana Bayou Adventure, new festival center at Epcot, drone show at Disney Springs, updated Country Bears, updated Little Mermaid Show at DHS and new clips for Star Tours. SeaWorld: Penguin Trek family launch coaster. Busch Gardens: Suspended family coaster. Legoland: Ferrari Experience and a new Sea Life aquarium. Did I miss anything?

Universal Orlando announced multiple new attractions and shows for 2024. This included: Dreamworks Land, a new Parade, a new nighttime lagoon show and a new Hogwarts Castle show. More details in the video. This is something Universal badly needed. Their lack of entertainment was a real issue in their parks.

What is Disney’s current strategy for WDW and what $17 billion might bring over the next decade.

This is going to be a big hit for SeaWorld. Good theming and a family coaster experience. I expect this to ride similar to Big Bear Mountain at Dollywood.
