The timeline works out that this will be mid renovation when the City will do full reconstruct on Godfrey from Oxford to Market. Possibly another 2 year project.

Spectrum has now bought the Brassworks building, an edition will be added to the northside of the building and a parking ramp where Gill T&D was. -Scrolling back, I see the sale happened earlier this year. The employees in Brassworks were notified this week that they will be remote for at least 15 months and after that office space will not be the same, mostly hotel spaces.
