With all big higher ed institutions here in the metro area, it is sure great seeing GRCC getting some love.

I was driving past this place last night and noticed very few lights on. Does anyone know the number of units occupied? Also, do we know when the project is supposed to be wrapped up?

It sure would be nice if there was a small sit down restaurant pre-security to sit down and have a meal with friends/family/coworkers. I remember in the past there was the small sports bar. Just a chill/kill time kind of place.

I agree. I do hope that whatever they choose to put in its place will still have some well landscaped green space that blends in with the surrounding neighborhood. Fronting Burton, I would love it to resemble the Clark Retirement home complex on Franklin.
