Will February one be closed if/when the new deck is open. I've heard varying answers.

I dropped by the new parking deck info session this evening at the International Civil Rights Museum. It seemed like a good turn out and a lot of interest (both for and against) for the projects . The city had a few drawings for what the project could look like. I was able to catch a shot of the Feb. 1 deck.
