Speaking of Tom Walton, his hospitality group (responsible for Pressroom, Preacher's Son, and the converted Record) opened The Holler at the 8th Street Market a few weeks ago. I've heard it's very good, kinda experimental in the food options, big open space. I've only driven through that area a few times, but with the new restaurants I'm sure I'll start eating there regularly. I still remember that being a rundown, vacant Tyson plant for a long time.

Yeah, you're right...read conflicting articles about it awhile back. Based on its proximity to the Home Office, it'll have some vendor offices plus other offices on the top 2 floors, middle 3 are parking and bottom floor is restaurants/retail. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

From what I've read, will be a hotel with shops & restaurants on the bottom floor. Jimmy Johns for sure going in there since their building was torn down to accommodate the 8W Center. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
