Its their urban concept. And one of Centennial's biggest Clients is Walgreens who they build stores for. Again just a rumor I heard over a year ago. Does make sense to tuck it where I described whatever it is so you could run in from the park and grab a band-aid or soft drink.

Word was Duane Rade (Urban Walgreens) https://www.walgreens.com/topic/duane-reade/duane-reade.jsp was going into the bottom of Camperdown under the hotel (on sidewalk level, closer to park)
