    I noticed a building going up behind the breckshire inn & suites in Bryant. Anyone know what this is?

    I don't know if that is a reason for them to not build both. In Bryant, you can stand in one place and see three Starbucks. There's one inside the target, one stand alone, and one across the interstate in Kroger.

    When looking at the map of available and sold land, there is a big gap between bass pro shops and the road behind the store. It doesn't say if it is for sale or sold... Is this just going to remain empty lands or did bass pro buy the land to build the restaurant that is linked to them?

    There's also a Ruby Tuesday in Bryant, but on the other side of town. I'm excited to see the future of the Alcoa area. With the widening of Alcoa rd and the widening of hwy 5 to Reynolds Rd is going to be very helpful in leading to more development in that area. Hopefully we can draw in some bigger names like Conway has been achieving

    Wow! I am suprised that a Buffalo Wild Wings is locating in this area before red lobster or Olive Garden. Even Outback

    The Taste of delight in Bryant has closed, and it seems like they are beginning to renovate inside. Does anyone know what is goin in this building?

    I heard that magic springs is removing Dr. Deans and the Wild Thang. Does anyone know if there are plans of adding a ride? I feel like this park is starting to become mainly a water park. They need to keep the amusement side going. It always seems to be pretty crowded.

    I did some research and found the hotel is to be developed by Carlson and the billboard is shared with home town hotel in bryant

    In my opinion, I think h&m could thrive in Jonesboro, NWA, and the Little Rock metro. I know there won't be three in the state anytime soon though.

    Then why isn't there one in Fayetteville? Or Conway? those are both college towns

    I was driving down the interstate between Alcoa and Bryant and noticed a billboard that says there is a hotel coming soon to Bryant. Does anyone have details about this?

    I don't know if this is really considered "argenta" but I was wondering if anyone knew what the new yellow structures by the Clinton library on the NLR side by the bridge were. Seemed to be something for a barge. Are they building something there. I hope they start the plan that was once proposed

    The American Eagle store opened today. And I was wondering if the coach store was still a plan for the outlet mall. I'm pretty sure the spot is still open that it was proposed to go in.

    What second phase? I haven't heard about this before.

    The location across from the Levis store would be a great place for a polo, h&m or even a restaurant due to its location in the corner of the mall. At least there are a few more spaces slowly filling up in the mall. That could hopefully lead bigger names to become interested.

    I feel like Little Rock is really making noise. It has had steady growth for years and I feel a boom coming soon.

    The outlet mall really needs to draw in stores that are wanted. Things like polo, converse, and the Disney store would be
