  1. Wouldn't be an issue on a sunny day. Overall, a fan of town from the north with the river in the foreground, lush green hills in the background.
  2. I spy JW about to peak over James K Polk/Renaissance in the background..
  3. This shot in high res and update Nashville's Wikipedia page..
  4. Random aside but I love how tall 505 looks from the SW
  5. 300 sq/ft starting at 1200 per month?? Wonder what I could get for my bedroom closet.
  6. Unpopular opinion, but I was never sold on the flood wall. Due diligence was lacking. Why so expensive? What are the alternatives? Will it divert flood waters to the East bank? What about run off on the west side of the wall? What about the rest of Nashville?
  7. I always assumed underground transit would be even more costly here due to soil.
  8. Not to mention we sit on top of solid bedrock. How is it even feasible?
  9. 'Roo indeed had a slip in 2016 but attendance bounced back this year.
  10. Surprised to see some of those cities in the bottom 10. Oil prices taking their toll on OKC & Houston. Makes you wonder if Devon Energy sweated building that behemoth tower right before the bottom fell out of the market.
  11. There's something about this shot. IG @chris_moore_photography
  12. I assumed you meant 1000. That makes since now.
  13. Anyone have an idea how the tickets will compare to the connecting flights?
  14. Back then you could find a ho down on Broadway, you might even see 2 or 3.
  15. Agreed. Was in KC last month. Really enjoyed their downtown. Nice mixture of Spanish, Art deco, and modern architecture. Their Union Station makes ours look like a whistle stop. It's phenomenal.
  16. I was up at L27 Friday Night. From the main deck, they were about even.
  17. IMO the cosmetic touches just aren't enough to detract from the cladding. You can't polish s***.
