Pages 10 and 11 of the link above give us a good idea of what kind of atmosphere they will try to cultivate. It appears they have mellowed it out architecturally. Thoughts?

Does anyone know the status of the Italian Restaurant on the corner of Charlotte and Granby? Construction appears to go in spurts. I believe it has been under construction since this time last year. Am I wrong?

Jeff, I believe you flip flopped those. The hotel that is coming out of the ground now is a Hyatt House. Engineer is still working on the final mechanical design, I have not seen a job still being tweaked this far into construction.

Armada/Owners have temporarily nixed the Hyatt Place property on 27th street. The Hyatt House property on 27th street is still going up as scheduled. Word is that the second tower (Hyatt Place) will commence some time next year.

WE HAVE MOVEMENT! They officially have equipment on site. It appears that light demolition has started. I will try to get pictures this weekend.
