Parking will continue to become more and more difficult in Germantown as the ballpark opens and businesses continue to open that have made no provision (or are required by codes) for their own customer parking. But, it would seem this board is not the place to hash out personal neighborhood concerns and impugn businesses for acting within their legal rights and own best interest. We are here to discuss neighborhood development, not petty neighborhood squabbles. IMHO.

Cumberland Machine has been in the neighborhood a lot longer than 312. Its 312's problem they did not secure any parking before opening. Cumberland does not owe 312 any parking in its lot any more than Germantown Cafe owes Tempur (same owners as 312) parking in their lot.

My question is, with the amount of large scale projects on the horizon and only street surface parking for guests and businesses, when does a lack of available parking begin to adversely affect Germantown?
