random updates from 8/1: Battery II not much happening on the outside yet, except for window replacement. Lakeview Green was able to get some better pics of that steel structure on 29th. will this be retail? Avenue A Townhomes glad to see the second (of four) buildings under construction. these make quite an impact from the 24th street bridge. Dewberry Building not sure what this steel structure is on the 5th avenue side, but man this facade looks sooo much better than the 4th ave side.. Protective Stadium managed to get some shots from all around the site. you can see the steel structure going up for the suites on the west side.
