I agree completely. I heard a tip from a fairly reliable source that a grocery store concept is being considered for the ground floor of the Healey Building. Having a grocery store Downtown would go a long way toward changing the way people view Downtown living.

Plans have resurfaced for a two tower mixed use development at 17th and Spring streets. The image shown below is an original rendering for the office and residential tower which would also contain hospitality and 35k Sq. First time poster, long time reader of the forum. I currently live in Midtown and love it, but Downtown just seems so exciting these days and offers more of a big city feel, imho. I hope this Downtown thread has many updates in the near future :-)
