I havent shared one of these in a while, but I thought this timelapse from the Knights game on Fri night came out ok. there are a few fireworks near the end. I personally like the way Element reflects the light from the external screen at BBT ballpark. Best viewed in HD (hit the little gear button and switch to 1080P HD then fullscreen)

About time they do something with the top of that building. The yellow was stupid, and having nothing makes no sense.
I think they should have left it "red, white, blue, red, white, blue" like it was during the DNC. That looked GREAT.

Hey everyone. It looks like they are testing new lights on top of The Vue. I made a very short timelapse just to share what I'm seeing:

Here is what went on at the Ballpark today. The field is looking really good.

just wanted to mention that there is small construction equipment on-site today at Skyhouse. I noticed a small dozer and 2 trucks with trailers and gear, but they were active even in the rain, so I put that in the plus column! Not much of an update, but at least it has started.

This is a timelapse of the incoming snowstorm in Charlotte, NC on 2/12/14. The video starts at about 8:40am, and captures frames up until about 3pm. Sorry for the poor quality, I used my balcony webcam for this one.

It doesn't have to be a small corridor.
300 South Tryon -if developed correctly- could be by far the most transformative project.
It fronts Tryon, Fronts Romare Bearden and directly beside Latta....
I'm thinking Epicenter #2 but in the style of Latta Arcade with retail like clothing, office supplies, lotions, bars etc,
That's the best, best hope IMO for A huge game changer. To bad we can't pick up crescent and move it to that location... I can't think of a more desirable place in Charlotte.
Edit; too bad they can't pull an epicenter and have the retail portion built and have the option for office/residential later!
but I'm talkin about right now, not 3 years from now.

I created this timelapse last night. I'm still working on my technique, as these day/night transition timelapses are a little difficult.
