I just can't see any exit ramps being built on I-10 in Northern Ascension Parish. You have neighborhoods on both sides of interstate. Traffic will be even more horrible for the Gonzales-P'ville area if they do not plan ahead now.

Here is some pics of the work being done at the corner of Airline Highway and Burnside Ave (Highway 44) in Gonzales. This is the site of the proposed movie theater and bowling alley.

Did anyone hear anything new about the proposed movie theater in Gonzales? Also, I think the property around Cabela's could use some mid rise office buildings or some condos.

Can someone please tell me when are we going to see some new skyscrapers in downtown B.R. I really don't understand the problem.

I haven't heard anyone say anything about the proposed "Westbank Expressway" That runs through the west side of Ascension Parish, nor the proposed Ascension-Livingston Toll Road that suppose to link Denham Springs with P'ville-Gonzales.
