These first two renderings are un-cropped versions of the latest renderings available at www.505nashville.com; however, note that these renderings are inaccurate in three ways: Depiction of the city sidewalk in relation to the retail storefront (in reality, the city sidewalk is level with the entrance to the retail on the north side) Depiction of an elevated container (landscape box?) in the middle of the 5th Ave N sidewalk (in reality, this box is non-existent) Depiction of stairs which turn 90 degrees to face 5th Ave N (in reality, these stairs are a straight path running north and south with no 90 degree turn) The third rendering is accurate in its depiction of the interface between the 5th Ave N sidewalk and access to and from the retail. The architectural 'screens' covering the parking (above the retail) are an early design which was not included in the final design. Also included is a floor plan of the 7,100 SF of retail space. It accurately depicts the retail space and access points to and from 5th Avenue North. Attached is the latest retail leasing flyer if anyone is curious.   2. I'm a broker at Colliers and work closely with Novare on their downtown project, Encore. The site is still under contract by Novare and has not been listed for re-sale. Colliers was the listing agent for the land and is leaving signs up (and flyers online) while the property is under contract; this is a common practice. Novare is currently working through the zoning process. I'm super excited about the project and can't wait to get started! Stay tuned! Thanks, Austin

  4. The SoBro apartments will start soon enough. McHugh (Magellan's preferred contractor) is looking for a construction office to be located south of Broadway.
