    Looks like this is moving along with the addition of the second set of tracks happening as we speak. Great news. The only thing this doesn't have that I think could almost double the usage is a link to Bradley. I know it would be a lot but having rail service directly to Bradley could be huge!

    I heard this about a year ago from a trainer for the Hockey team. Was hoping it was not the case but it looks like I could have been wrong. Supposedly the team wants nothing to do with traveling to Hartford.

    I had a beer at NIX yesterday and got to chatting with a server from Infinity who happened to be in there. She mentioned that she heard about the Mexican restaurant as well but it was "Chipotle Like" and not necessarily Chipotle. Also Nix's is a real nice place and they have a wonderful beer selection...although it is a little pricey ($7 for my bottled IPA). You have to walk upstairs to use the bathroom which is kind of odd too.

    That 23k hotel rooms might be a bit of a stretch.

    Most teams want their AAA affiliate close by but its hard not to think there is something in the works

    Sounds like its actually closer to 10k seats. This really is great for the city.... connects the North while getting foot traffic downtown all summer. Hartford is on a roll.

    Looks like infinity hall is still in the works too. Those places have to help attract smaller bars/rests/retail and make the apartments much more desireable

    Definately good news. I know I had given up completely on the idea of ever seeing ESPN there so having some of their money is awesome.
