There is still nothing pending on it. I know The Spark covers city council meetings, and if I remember correctly they are in recess for the next week or so. It will be addressed eventually, and it should be interesting to see how it pans out.

I know that Papa's still has ashtrays on the tables, I am not sure about the others. I am a non-smoker, so it isn't something I look for. None of these places ask "Smoking or non-smoking" if I need a table.

Just discovered this place thanks to a link over at my normal haunt, The Spartanburg Spark, Oh yeah I know why I'm there so much, I write Miss Mom. My favorite spots to eat. Monsoon Noodle House My always return to favorites: Venus Pie Mellow Mushroom Papa's Breakfast Nook On the westside Bubba's BBQ and Holmes Hotdogs. I've eaten at The Beacon since I moved here, had massive heartburn both times. Wades, once, I liked it, and will return. I have a huge list of places to try.
