FWIW regarding Top Golf... I have a family member that works at TG HQ in Dallas so she kept me updated on the AR situation. She said the company actually very much considered both LR and NWA but not both (at least for the foreseeable future). According to her, they wanted to make LR work (first choice being somewhere along the river) but couldn't find the right space to do it. When it came down to it, the only land in Central AR that they could make work was ultimately too far outside of the city. NWA offered more site flexibility and access to the Walmart money. Oh well, at least LR had a fighting chance.

According to Arkansas Business, there are rumors that Ruth's Chris will be taking the closed Del Frisco's location at the Promenade.

Under Armour will open a store at the outlet mall

So the "SUPER exciting news" was just a sweepstakes they are offering to win a shopping spree.

According the center's website, the owners of Big Orange are opening another restaurant at the Promenade. It is going to be called Local Lime and I believe will be located where The Wine Loft was supposed to go, right across from the movie theater. Apparently it "will be one of the best taco and margarita bar restaurants in town."

Agree, what horrible timing. All I meant by that was that it has an all glass front with no security gate or anything in an open air mall, and with the incredible amount of valuable stuff in there, it just seems like a prime target. Apple Stores have been getting robbed all over the U.S. That's why they have been adding security gates to the stores. Then there is the fact that crime rate is high in Little Rock.

The Promenade's facebook page says that J. Crew is opening tomorrow 9/20.

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but Francesca's is listed as coming soon on the promenade's website in the same building as Apple, Anthropologie, and J. Crew.

There is a lot going on at the Promenade. Select Comfort is either open or close to opening it looks like. There is a black wall that goes around the entire rest of the building where Anthropologie is, so is all that space just Apple and J. Crew? Flirt moved from its original location to a spot right next to YaYa's I believe. Also, Nike is going into the space where Claire's once was, it seems like the store would be TINY which is kind of disappointing. There is a sign that says it will open October 11 I think. Also some sort of construction going on by RK Collections I think, but I don't know what it is.

The Promenade's website lists these stores as coming soon: The Wine Loft, Select Comfort, J. Crew, W by Azwell(??), Warren's Shoes(which is weird because aren't they located at Pleasant Ridge? Are they moving?), Big Orange, Crazy 8, and Perfume Max.

Nike submitted a plumbing permit for a factory store at the promenade.

I don't see where Dick's Sporting Goods would go at the promenade. Isn't it a big store, like a Sports Authority? Also, Select Comfort submitted a plumbing permit. They have had a 'coming soon' sign up for a LONG time.

Does anyone know anything else about Nike? I think that would be awesome.

According to their facebook, Blanc Burgers and Bottles doesn't plan on opening in Little Rock anymore, which is weird because they finished building their space at the promenade.

Well, according to ifoapplestore.com, Apple is opening a store in Alaska... which is another state that will get an Apple Store before Arkansas.

Blanc Burgers and Bottles took their Little Rock location off of their website. It used to say that it was coming soon but now is completely gone. Don't know what happened.
