I was referring to the building on Block Avenue across the street from Little Bread Co. I believe you're referring to the renovation at Church and Center streets.

Wow, I definitely had the Ward 4 southeast boundary screwed up. That's embarrassing. I'm not sure how I missed that, but I've corrected and re-uploaded it. Thanks for pointing that out.
