i bet it wont even take that long. turnberry is FINALLY on its last stages of construction in terms of skyline effect, the stubby white building at the site of 1812 n moore st was in use in march, and demolition has begun for central place. there are still a few proposed and approved buildings, but none as big as those four towers. the skyline is just one of the good things. ALL this new development and even some existing stuff will be built with or revamped to include street level retail. and i can tell you one thing; im gonna be first in line to get up to that obsurvation deck!

not to cut anyone off, but I live in nova and was just trying to get any info on any richmond highrises that may be planned or approved down youre way. also, what is that thing they are building next to the federal reserve tower? will it be tall?

i may be off topic here, feel free to move the comment, but i live up north and am having trouble following development down there. is virginia beach TC going to have any more 20 or 30 storiers put in still or is it nearing completion? and if or when the tc is full, do you guys think that the redevelopment will spill over onto neighboring areas of land? are there any plans for anything like this? thanks for any info!! and it seems like youre forum is much more lively than ours!

I just took some pix of rosslyn and crystal city today but am having trouble posting them. does anyone know what to do?

Hello all, i'm not sure if this is off topic, and if it is please help me find the right place for it. Its about Rosslyn. off topic?? Anyway, has anyone seen if the central placfe block is cleared? Last I saw, ole Tom Sarris' was a big whole with a tractor in it, but the others were still there. has anyone heard about the rosslyn gateway yet? Asside from the four u/c towers that will be skyline transforming, this one looks very promising! http://www.arlingtonva.us/Departments/Comm...ases/64097.aspx That 370 ft tower in rosslyn is my fav as on now.
