Great rendering Dan! They have half of the third floor up on II City Plaza. I also noticed today, the elevator shaft for the parking garage is seven floors. Maybe Wampold will jack up II City Plaza a few more floors . Well I hope

LSU RULES!!!!!!!!! Here's one with the cranes, about 8:15 in the morning. All we need is more residential, get a Wal-Mart neighborhood market, a CVS,or Walgreens downtown, and let them come! Make downtown economically viable for residents, and then you have the formula for success. LSU RULES!!!!!!!!!

Those are great shots Richy!! I drove through there a couple of days ago, it is an awesome developement! Baton Rouge needs more of these, and I hope Rouzan gets going!

I definintly believe we are far ahead of the 300k mark! Your right, Richy, if they would just annex those areas it would be a done deal. I hope they will, I know a few people in Shenahdoah would would mind at all, and Bluebonnet, they should have been annex years ago!

Thank's y'all it's great to be on here! Y'all share alot of the same viewpoints that I do. I love BR, and want it to grow as much as possible,for as long as possible. For too long so many outsiders, and insiders too, have put the city down and treated it as a second hand nothing compared to the N.O.. But we have so much, and so many qualilties. I would love to see BR become one of the new greatest cities of America, and I believe we are well on our way to achieving that goal! That's my opinion.

This is one more clear one. The new courthouse and II city plaza will really bulk it up,now if Preis will get going, we will really have a legit skyline
