Would be interesting to know the breakdown of how many of those jobs were new residents versus current residents.

The SRX race is on right now on CBS. Pretty cool! Some good background shots of the soccer stadium.
Edit: And listening to Nashville SC thump Chicago Fire 4-0 in the first 45.

I agree with you. And having green spaces would be a big plus. Every student would like not only to study at a decent university but also to live in a good place. When I was choosing a university, I paid attention to the campus, where it is located, what is on its territory, and for other moments. After all, it's very important to study in comfortable conditions, this can even have a positive effect on the educational process. Moreover, I often had problems with this and often turned to uk essay writing service. Otherwise, everything was great, I love remembering my student years. It was a great time.

Edit: Added a couple of screen shots. I know I get lazy and rarely click on things we post here. A few of the interesting, to me, pages. Pretty neat.

Thanks, Ron! Alas, I have failed my voluntary duties as a Huntsville mod . Maybe one day soon I will find some energy to put towards that effort.

What’s with all the black lines that look like something is falling out of the cracks of the screening?
Complete assumption, but it may be where they have started to pull off the protective covering.

Beggars can't be choosers, but damn that is one ugly, awful building lol.
I was thinking the same.
This is pretty gross. That's bad because I usually have a pretty high tolerance .

Back when the Titans first came, I proposed a promo for the sale of skyboxes. Athena leaves the Parthenon, ducking through the big doors, grows to real godsize and walks down West End like Liberty in Ghostbusters2. Passing Union Station, Mercury jumps down, grows and proceeds toward the river. Cut to all the gods watching a game from clouds above the stadium. Announcer... ' Some skyboxes still available.
From some reason that reminds me of this Preds game intro they used to do. However, I thought the saber-tooth tiger jumped on the Batman building at one point.

A 2 story mixed-use building featuring 6 retail spaces on main floor totaling 14,000 sq. ft., and and 2nd story office space of 14, 000 sq. ft. has started construction at 412 Harding Place. This is in the shopping center that features the Habitat Humanity Store on the NW corner of Harding and Nolensville Pike. NKB LLC is the developer; H. Michael Hindman is the architect,; and Baron Construction is the contractor. A $2 million permit for construction has been granted.

Nostalgic! My old stomping ground. Miss that place. Where has the time gone!?
Interesting development there.

Not sure where else this would fit so mods feel free to move. Just wanted to rant.
I am getting increasingly frustrated with the shear amount of what I assume is spilled concrete at intersections around the city. If you drive into town on Lebanon Pike to 1st Ave, every light has multiple large piles of concrete. Is there any way to hold these folks accountable? Nashville has some of the worst surface streets I’ve encountered and this along with all of the “repaired” holes that developers dig for utilities is a large contributing factor in my opinion.5 hours ago, CenterHill said:I’ve noticed this phenomenon, too. For a while there was a large spill at the intersection of Franklin Rd and Harding Pl. Someone, MPW or a good samaritan, finally came and chipped it away. Try posting on Hub on the nashville.gov website.
I think this could be a viable option too.

Man the Rhythm is so ugly
It used to stick out so much more. Hopefully, soon there will be more development around it and won't be as noticeable.
But, hey...pay homage to the OG developments.... This one and Encore and a handful others were some of the first. These were our big deals back in the day !!
I remember the Rhythm's render looked so promising...some things haven't changed.
