Current concept design is very similar to Greenridge. Connected shops at the back with outparcels in front. Have heard retailers such as Toys-R-US, Laparilla, DSW, Old Navy as well as a couple eateries are looking hard.

There are design plans drawn up for a multistory mixed use building - "Rhett @ River"- but it is design budget only at this point.

Does anyone have an idea what is being developed on Goodwin Bridge Road in Travelers Rest? I live near there and heard it was to be a huge drug rehabilitation center but can find no information either way.
