Marshall square is progressing quite nicely. The land has been cleared, and it looks like all the site work is coming to an end. Hopefully, it won't end up like the Village of Riverwatch. My hope is that Marshall Square ends up with the same pedestrian friendly feel of downtown Aiken. I can always dream, right?

Yes, its the Belair/Washington location.

Its actually 2 separate structures; a parking deck, and a new medical building which will be located perpendicular to the existing building. I'm not sure what facilities it will house.
