Whoops, forgot to address this in my last post. Bellacino's is on West Broad Street, almost out to Parham Road. Behind the Friendly's, in the shopping center with Big Lots. It is a franchise from Michigan. Great food. If you haven't tried it, then you need to! When I worked in Innsbrook, people would drive out to get an order from there! I used to think they were crazy, because there was so much that was closer.

I'll chime in when I can. I can't always, of course -- lots of confidential stuff going on all the time. I'm going to try to start being more proactive about getting info out there once the deal is done. Maybe I'll even start doing press releases. I don't know how much self-promotion is okay here, but I do have a blog that has been quoted on one of the topics (which is what brought my attention to the board a little while back).

It always affected me the same way. Now it's even more so, since I'm a Business Broker and Commercial Realtor specializing in restaurants at Bandazian & Holden. I actually was working with the owners at Bellagio's to sell at the end of 2005 and beginning of 2006. That's why I recognized the address immediately. (And yes, the Style article last week said that we sold Bellagio's, but that was a mix-up -- it was supposed to reference the sale of Bellacino's.) They are good people, the whole family. You're right about it being way out Staples Mill, almost to the intersection with I-295. Thanks for the welcome! I am going to try to keep up in here. I have seen a lot of good discussion that I don't want to miss out on.

Interesting. That's the old Bellagio's spot. It has been vacant for almost a year, and was stripped down sometime several months ago.
