Update... I have been told by a fellow resident that the developer of the supertarget area at 85/pelham/garlington will be meeting with people in our community next Thursday night. I'll check my mail for the flyer and let you know if there are other details.

I am concerned about this development. My residential property backs up to the trucking company. Question to those who might know. Would this help or hurt my property value? Keep in mind that my back door will have a clear view of the new development.
