True but Belk was remodled again for the expansion in Southpark around 2004-2005. And Nordstrom has a lifestyle design to it that seperates it from most department stores, and belk still maintained its traditional derpartment store layout, plus with the addition of Nordstrom to Southpark, you can really tell the differences in design and layout. In my opinion the flagship Belk looks more like Parisians at Phipps.1
