Most "office" building that are less than 5 stories are built this way. Economical and a quick way to get your structure in the air.

My Guess would be no. There is still a ton of work to be completed including mechanical and electrical sytems. My guess is complete by Christmas break.

It is great to see so many tower cranes up. We look like a "real city". Has Grand Rapids ever had this many up at once? The last one that I remember was for the south parking ramp at Spectrum.
