  1. Mr. Gaushell - Any update on reservations? When will the new video be available to the public? Sounds interesting.
  2. NBJ: Quarter of Signature condos reserved http://nashville.bizjournals.com/nashville...tml?jst=b_ln_hl
  3. Well, it would scare the **** out of me if I were walking on Church and saw a helicopter drop down that low. Understandable why a pilot wouldn't do it. Sounds cool tho.
  4. gaushell - do you know when the 'view' options will be active on the site?
  5. MDHA has approved the design per Richard's story. Also a small rendering from the promo video. http://www.nashvillepost.com/news/2006/5/1...re_tower_design
  6. Yes; it's the white-painted building a few doors north of the Utopia, with boarded windows.
  7. A question for those who attended the unveiling or received the Sig promotional kits. My kit didn't contain a sheet with details on floors 11-23. I'm most curious about these floors since the units on them are most likely what I could afford. Am I just missing this sheet, or did none of the kits contain one?
  8. A most excellent idea. The original Utopia rehab project would have involved the air rights of the adjacent buiding anyway, for walkways and balconies. How cool would it be if that strip of buildings between Utopia and Southern Turf were rehabbed and built upon, including the old Climax Hotel?
  9. I agree. It's one of Nashville's best buildings. If the project is ever revived I'll seriously consider buying a unit.
  10. FYI - The Utopia Hotel rehab is a no-go indefinately. I know parking was a problem, and possibly the rehab cost itself. It's too bad.. the model unit they had looked really nice.
  11. Has anyone noticed in that Signature T rendering that there are surface lots fronting Gateway Blvd by the rendering of the Sounds stadium? I know it isn't a final design or anything, but that will not fly!
  12. I imagine local media will be out in full force today covering the downtown home tour, including Signature.
  13. No. They had a VR video playing on a big flatscreen, tho. It showed various fly-by and fly-thru passes. The last shot is a view of Sig from the Schermerhorn. Hmm.. who's the target market? Not like it's a secret.
  14. Ok bear with me.. i'm on dial up for stupid reasons. Hotel anchor has not been signed, but it will not hinder the project in any way. The site was previously excavated for Cain-Sloan, so Sig will require digging into only 25 more feet of rock. 1047' is the given height. The crowd was mixed, but there were definately some high-rollers there. They also had the project penthouse unit open. It was incredible. Super-high end finishes. The Sig model is in front of the window on Church Street. Anyone can walk by and look. The model is quite impressive, of course. The pool and spa will be open to both hotel and Sig residents, but certain entertainment areas will be for residents only. The west side of the pool deck contains a dog run, for, well dog running and relief. No potential retail tenants were mentioned. I should have asked. The 5th Ave entrance will be for hotel only. Sig residents will enter a dedicated lobby on Church Street.
  15. just finished processing.. sending now
  16. OK I have pictures from the party but can't post them. Any volunteers?
  17. The invitation says 'between 5 and 7 p.m.'
  18. I guess anyone who registered for the Signature tower list got the invite with info on the 'exclusive preview of the scale model' at the Cumberland, April 29 from 5-7pm. I wonder if new details will hit the media before this event. Either way I guess it will put to rest the speculation of final height.
