Austin, Texas: http://www.lightrailnow.org/facts/fa_lrt_aus.htm We passed the legislation last year for the first line from Downtown to Leander, Texas. Big plans, we'll see how well they fare. Austin's traffic is a huge problem (per capita, it's the most congested city in the US). So, a rail system would help immensely. R, nil
