  1. Today The Mayor and other runners of the city showed the city its new up coming Hotel and condo mix the new Hilton. How do you think after this and other developments he and the counsil have approved, their doing their jobs (Good, Ok, Needs help, of Poor). I made this because some people and Richmond Hate him and some love him. (Please don't turn this into a fighting forum. Thank You.)
  2. This coffee house is on how you think the City council and the Mayor is doing and how they are hurting or helping the city of Richmond.
  3. RSC are not as bad as it looks, they're doing very good now. maybe even better then the county, after the crazy things a heard on news that happen in Tuckahoe and other schools in Henrico and CF schools being mobil'schools that's crazy! Richmond schools also have MORE then enough people.
  4. I'll go see it, I live about 10 blocks way from it to the west.
  5. It's possible it would just cost SOME MULA!
  6. I know you would love that. Arn't I right dude?!?
  7. Opps, New big shopping center in the east end. It said Westin Village or something like that. But maybe they could change it to a mall.
  8. Maybe someone should (try) to ask the mayor to see if he could build it in Manchester?
  9. Y'all coupes right Richmond doesn't have the best bussiness in the state. Richmond only looks that way because you want it to or its because Richmond the capital and you think all politicans are slick to focus on one city. To me it looks like VB get all the attention.
  10. That's a good place but its a little too close to the "stink zone".
  11. The eastend may be getting a new mall on luburnem Ave.
  12. Maybe we should make a topic, just tro think about possible new location for the stadium. like what would you think of a Manchest braves stadium?
  13. I don't think comedy club, but there are about 15 to 20 defferant clubs downtown. Mostly in Shockoe, Broad st. , and near VCU. There are more clubs coming downtown now, but I would like a comedy club or 5 here downtown.
  14. no i was talking about the club y'all talking about 59 or something like that.
  15. Also everyone get the Richmonds Times-Dispatch because the East end has some good news! A shopping center is finally or may be builded on Lumbernum Ave near Church Hill in East Henrico. Finally Development is looking at the east end! I would tell you more imformation on the project but I forgot my Newspaper and lost it.
  16. Burt, In the city of Richmond more downtown. We need some downtown, everyone can't rely on Henrico for thing all the time we have to think about the cities night/comedy clubs. But anyway its all good! I just wish a county didn't have more then a city. I know its of topic but with out the city of Richmond, Henrico would be the country.
  17. I would really like it to face the skyline but burts right about the sun - in - your - eyes factor. To me the only good places would be 1 were it is now, 2 Shockoe Bottom, 3 In Manchester facing the city. "Manchester would be a great place to put it right by the water near the flood wall.
  18. Opps! Sorry I meant to say, A person wrote to them in the editorials and side that they sould acually build the staduim in Jackson Ward (Gilpin Court part). Also I wanted to ask if it's possible to open up the plan for the stadium to be in Shockoe Bottom?
  19. Finally a good comedy club comes to Richmond. Will it be in the bottom, I've never heard of it coming here.
  20. I was reading the Richmond Times and its said this.
  21. I think that they should put the new Braves Stadium in Shockoe Bottom even though the project callaped!
  22. Is it going to be 50 storys or 25, I do hope it has a spike at the top. Richmond is a little too cuby.
  23. I was watching news, and they said somingthing was coming to Colonial Heights, what was that exactly?
  24. When will they get done building VOTJ and when will they start the Centinnial Towers?
