It looks like The Sharper Image is coming to phipps plaza some time in the future. I was wondering has anyone visited phipps recently, because i was wondering how much space is left in the mall for expansion. I know it can't be much. Does anyone think that Emporio Armani would work at phipps with the two armani stores also being located in the mall?

It looks like the 4th retailer will be a Boutique called "Billy Reid". Never heard of this one, but i'm sure it is meant for the neiman marcus wing. Does anyone know the square footage of that remaining slot? That might give us a idea as to what retailer to expect?

What does anyone think the next batch of stores to be announced will be? I Thought Ermenegilo Zegna would go to phipps once gucci went to it's new location in july? And what about prada, will locate themselves in phipps as well? Also could Atlanta handle a Brioni or Brioni sport or are we not upscale enough?

When Neiman Marcus expansion finishes in 2007 and the new section of Lenox opens How many new stores could go in That slot? Also i was reading that atlanta is getting a barney's new york sometime in 2008. Is this location to be on Peachtree Road?
