Don't shoot me, but I kind of hope 275 Fulton doesn't materialize, because it will mean the end of the nice park area and waterfall structure.

I'm not sure if I like the spire. It seems like it's taking away from the building itself. I think I would like it more if it didn't stick so far out past the cables connected to the overpass. Maybe it will grow on me. In any case, it will be impressive once it's built.
