16 story condo on 8th and commerce

Where the Hathcock building was behind the church, now a parking lot; I know an architect who is looking to get investers to build a 16 story glass and brick condo building with above ground parking. More to come.

Interesting. I thought the church would build something more "churchy" on that lot, but it is behind that beautiful old corner building that houses the Int'l Art Gallery. I think the 8th corrider needs more residential anyway. The Westview doesn't contain that many units, a new condo tower would be welcome, especially so close to the new fed courthhouse site.
