A friend of mine went, said the place was packed. Also said that it looks like a great venue for bands. I can't wait to go check it out.

I got a chance to see it today at their ribbon cutting. Pretty awesome space.

Commerce Avenue has become a model corridor for Grand Rapids. Housing, higher ed, nonprofits, entertainment, offices. And virtually no surface parking lots, except a few small ones.
