Development South of I-630 and Fair Park

Does anybody know what will be built on the property south of I-630 and Fair Park area. I see the land is clear and the car wash south of the property is closed. Anybody?

St.Mark Baptist Church owns the property and has begun work to build a new sanctuary and other facilities.

CALS new Children's Library has opened and it's an amazing place. Bobby Roberts and his staff have done a wonderful job in bring this facility to Little Rock. You have to visit it to appreciate how innovative it is.
