I am going to go ahead and make the move to our new server today. Because the move includes changes to DNS, users will be unable to access our forums until DNS propagation has completed. I will be taking the forums offline until the site is up and running on the new server. At that point I will turn the forums back online for users on the NEW server, but the forums will remain offline on the OLD server.

If you can login to the forums and not get a message about the move, this means that you are on the new server. :)

If you would like to speed up your chances of getting on the new server, I would suggest you switch your DNS settings to use OpenDNS.

You are welcome to e-mail me at neo[at]urbanplanet[dot]org if you have any issues (our e-mail is not hosted on the same server that is being moved thus is not affected by the move).
