No one posts in the Ohio forum, though I'd try here.

While driving through Northern Ohio this weekend my wife and I passed a large berm on the Lake Erie side of the road that went on for a long while and had perfectly maintained grass.

I had to know what was up. I bing'd it and sure enough, this is what's on the other side:

5605 W Lake Rd, Vermilion Ohio. 55 acres of waterfront living. I know it's owned by an attorney, I know it has a helipad, but I'm curious about anything else anyone knows. Look at the architecture.. It looks like a lot of it is subterranean. I'm just intrigued.
