This is a great building, one of my favorite mills anywhere, so I really hope something nice can be done with it.

Of course it's going to get harder and harder to push through the Historic District designation for Anthony Village if skeevy developers keep demolishing important historic structures in the area.

This is a good spot and sounds like a very nice project. It is right next to the Washington secondary ROW (now a bike path), on a RIPTA line (for now??), and has some pre-existing amenities nearby.
