That parking lot is a waste of prime real estate. I wonder what they'll put there instead. Also wonder what they'll name the new street. (I hope they don't really name it "Library Lane" like the article suggests.)

600 spaces seems a lot of fit into that area despite the fact that they're going underground. Once the street is in place you can probably only fit 100 cars per level at most which means it would have to go pretty far underground.
