Stonehouse village III is underway. Friends of mine live in stonehouse I and III is right at their window, knda sux they have no view anymore but the project looks really nice. The project matches the architecture of the condos on top of cosi. This will definitely add to the density of downtown EL and cause a lot of nice development around the area. The broad art museum is supposed to be across the street from stonehouse I so this area will be really nice in the future. These pictures were posted on the metrolansing development forum. Oh yeah, stonehouse III is called Albert Place condominiums. http://www.albertplacecondos.com

I dont know how to insert pictures so here's the link

Here's an interesting story on this development's green roof. Please take a look. I didn't realize this was the city's first green roof:

East Lansing condos go green with grass roof

Crews finished construction of the city's first "green" roof Tuesday at Albert Place Condominiums, a 36-unit residential development at Albert Avenue and Bailey Street.

Condos overlook the roof, which is covered in a plant called sedum and sits above a city-owned parking ramp.
