Anyone ever been in the parking garage of this building? It's raining concrete.

Flint closing streets around Genesee Towers

Carl Walker Inc., a licensed structural engineering firm out of Kalamazoo, pointed specifically to the "imminent" possibility of 5,500-pound concrete panels on the building's exterior falling off.
