Top 10 Cities for Blacks blog

Dallas and Houston I can understand ranking high for young black professionals like myself but some of the other listings I don't quite fathom, such as Nashville. How is a city with a 26% black population, most of which is Memphis imported going to rank higher than Memphis' 61% black population? Unless they're speaking on the amount of young black professionals being able to land good jobs and ample nightlife, then I can understand. Honestly, Atlanta is overrated for blacks. Atlanta used to be the city that most black people moved to after college because they heard of the good-paying jobs there but now, the hype has pretty much worn off.
