I don't believe the Palisades is the one I'm thinking of, but there was a huge residential townhome/condo on the right-hand-side of 280 as 280 is descends into downtown Fort Worth. What was that? It was a most impressive "gateway" into downtown when I was there.

YES! That's definitely the ones. They left a pretty nice first impression on me and the rest of the city just blew me away.
