Here's what is already built:

• Wal-Mart SuperCenter/Murphy USA gas station (both with green logos)

• The Home Depot

• Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites

• Hampton Inn

• Jefferson State Community College-Pell City Campus (across from Bankhead Marketplace)

• Cracker Barrel

• Hibbett Sports/Dollar Tree/The Shoe Department/Friedman's Jewelers/Sally Beauty/Cato/Radio Shack

• Western Sizzler

• Outback Steakhouse

• Krystal

I don't know about the new St. Clair Regional Hospital, the business incubator, or the new police and fire stations. I'm sure that it's already built.

Post if you know whats happening in the Pell City/Lincoln/Talladega/Logan Martin Lake areas and fill me in on the I-20 road construction. I'm sure that I-20 from the Coosa River Bridge to Birmingham has been already 4-laned. Just let me know anyway.... Forgive me for spelling Martin wrong.
