I want:

1. Convention center

2. Restored Capitol Theatre

3. Restored Durant Hotel

4. Baseball Stadium

5. Restored Carriage Town

6. Genesee Towers demolishged.

7. Two new high rises

8. More mid rises

9. More college dorms, halls, townhouses and apartments.

10. Light rail connecting farmers market, colleges, cultural center, bishop airport, downtown, and hospitals
