A project has been proposed in Buenos Aires, it has been called Buenos Aires Fourm it is to be a 200 floor 1000 meter tall spiral building on a 163 acre man made island 5 kilometers off the coast, if this project gets the green light to begin construction it will become the worlds tallest structure beating the Burj Dubai, the building is to be completed in 2010 but it will need to start construction soon to make that kind of deadline.
